Our properties are constructed using
steel reinforced foundations and similar supporting framework.
Walls are built using traditional terracotta brick, they are
double skinned with cavity insulation. Roofing is traditional
terracotta tiles with insulation below. Internal ceilings
may be pitched or flat. Double glazed windows and French doors
with aluminium shuttering. External brick built shelter for
gas bottles.
INTERIOR FINISHES
Flooring throughout in ceramic tiles
of choice. Kitchen and bathrooms walls in ceramic tiles of
choice to picture rail height. All other internal walls painted
to choice. Lounge fitted with open fireplace or woodburner.
White bathroom suites with chrome fittings.
Kitchen units in wood with a marble/granite worktop and stainless
steel sink. Fitted cupboards and wardrobes in wood. Power,
TV and telephone points in all rooms (excludes bathrooms).
Choice of finishes for ceilings.
